Application	Sberbank is one of the most famous Russian financial services company. Sberbank City is large-scale business cluster in Moscow that unites company structures into a single ecosystem. To date, a building with an area of 61,652 m2, the new headquarters, has already been commissioned. The entire project, including facades and an underground four-level parking for 500 cars, took only 16 months. An existing administrative building served as the basis for new construction. A team of architects from Switzerland and Russia developed a sophisticated plan for a complete refurbishment of the building with the introduction of new functions and changes in design solutions, thus transforming it into a state-of-the-art and unique office facility. The key project feature is a seven-storey glazed atrium with two of the largest phytowalls in Moscow over 20 meters high, completely covered with plants. The atrium became the core of the entire building, a place for informal communication, meetings and a recreation area. It houses a unique suspended meeting room on cables, connected to the sixth floor by a glass bridge. Smart zoning made it possible to locate workplaces not only along the outer facade of the building, but also along the inner perimeter overlooking the atrium. The office part has a modular design to facilitate the choice of suitable work scenarios and adjust work areas. Each team is provided with a complete range of tools for efficient work, several types of meeting rooms and recreation areas. Besides, the large and non-standard space is very easy to navigate. This is aided by a smart intuitive navigation system. Every floor has its own "mood" and "theme", also expressed in color. Now Sberbank is putting into operation two more facilities as part of cluster development, and work is underway to design a facility that will connect the exit from the metro with office buildings.
