International growth has always been one of the priorities for MAPEI. Pictured above are our multicultural junior engineers team: Edoardo, Anna, Luisa, Alberto and Grant. MAPEI’s International Corporate Program for Engineers has allowed Anna and Grant from the USA and Luisa from Colombia to spend 18 months in Italy at MAPEI’s Mediglia plant, supporting our engineering projects at a global level. At the same time, Alberto and Edoardo from Italy will be leaving Italy to work at MAPEI subsidiary Polyglass in Florida. This is just one way that we invest in young talent to build the future of MAPEI.
