Vrsta uporabe Installation of 3000m² of Mapefloor System 31, Mapefloor I 302 SL was used as the top coats.
The installation company removed all previous coating by heavy grinding and repaired any cracks or damage with Mapefloor I 900. This was followed by priming the floor with Primer CC 200 oil-resistant primer and two coats of Mapefloor I 302 SL with 10% 0.25 aluminum oxide incorporated. Installation Sequence of the Mapei products The previous coating was badly damaged and degraded in areas allowing oils and fuels to contaminate the underlying floor. The contractors used Mapei's unique oil-resistant primer, Primer CC 200, to lock in the oil and create a substrate suitable for the subsequent resin coating. This was the third Hangar project that Air New Zealand has selected Mapei epoxy solutions due to very successful installations in both Auckland and Christchurch Airports.
