Hyperplasticiser for concrete with low loss of workability. Mapefluid X414 is recommended for preparing very fluid (UNI 9858 and ENV 206 consistency classes S4 or S5) high-performance concrete that is easy to pump. Mapefluid X414 is recommended for all applications (preparing concrete in hot weather, pumped concrete, etc.) where low loss of workability is required. Mapefluid X414 can also compensate for a lack of fine aggregate in the mix and with low cement factor which facilitates pumping even over long distances of concrete with low dosage of cement with granulometic curves lacking fine parts. Mapefluid X414 is a formaldehyde-free liquid admixture based on non-sulphonated acrylic polymers that disperse cement granules. Add Mapefluid X414 directly into the mix after all the other ingredients (cement, aggregate, water). Mapefluid X414 can also be added to the batching water beforehand because its hyperplasticising action is not affected by the mixing method. Coverage from 0.5 to 1.6 kg per 100 kg of cement (0.5 to 1.5 l). Packaging 200 l drums and 1000 l tanks. Also available in bulk on request.
