Bituminous primer made with blown bitumen and pure fast-drying solvents. POLYPRIMER HP 45 PROFESSIONAL is used as a primer for concrete surfaces, to stop dusting, allowing traditional or self-adhesive polymer bitumen membranes to be laid and applied quickly.
