The selection process will start with a phone interview, to provide you with more details about the open position you applied for and answer any questions or queries you might have. For some positions, you will be asked to attend a video interview through a dedicated platform: you will have the chance to experience an innovative recruiting process and to introduce yourself in a dynamic and original way, by answering a series of questions about your interest in Mapei.
The selection process for Experienced Professionals will proceed with a face-to-face behavioral and motivational interview with a representative of the HR Department and with an interview with the Line / Area Manager to assess your technical skills.
Young professionals or fresh graduates will be invited to an Assessment Center session where motivation, skills, and potential will be evaluated through a set of individual and group exercises.
