Other Lavori di straordinaria manutenzione e rinforzo di alcune solette di balconi.
Le facciate, tranne alcuni rappezzi di intonaco, si presentavano in buono stato quindi si è pensato di lasciare la vecchia pittura ben ancorata ed effettuare una rasatura al di sopra della stessa. Il condominio voleva una superficie non completamente liscia ma neanche “ a civile”. Abbiamo pensato pertanto ad applicare il Silancolor Base Coat sulla finitura liscia di Planitop 565. Per il rinforzo delle solette dei balconi è stato utilizzato il sistema FRG System.
