SILWOOD is an acrylic sealant by Mapei for wooden floors. Water-based, non-toxic and certified EC1 by GEV, it is characterised by its excellent filling properties and attractive finish. Suitable for all joints around the edge of wood flooring up to 6 mm wide and for joints between different types of wood flooring. Available in various shades to faithfully reproduce the natural colour of the most widely used types of wood: oak, teak, doussie, wenge, walnut, dried beech, maple-birch, cherry, iroko, 112 grey and white.
It comes in a practical tube which makes it easy to use. SILWOOD is available in 310 ml tubes with a nozzle that can be trimmed to suit various joint widths. Rapid and paintable, joints filled with SILWOOD may be sanded after 18/24 hours.
