Two-component, solvent-free, hybrid polyurea membrane with catalyst applied by spray with a high-pressure, two-component mixing type pump, to form waterproof coatings on site with Euroclass D reaction to fire properties

PURTOP FR is a high-performance, two-component polyurea waterproofing membrane with excellent reaction to fire (Euroclass D), designed for spray application using a high-pressure bi-mixer pump for on-site waterproof coatings.

PURTOP FR has excellent adhesion and can be applied to a variety of surfaces, creating a flexible, durable, and seamless membrane.

Solvent-free and "zero VOCs" (volatile organic compounds)
Excellent fire performance (Euroclass D and Broof T1, T2, T3, T4)
Immediate waterproofing and set to foot traffic
Excellent tensile and tear strength
High static and dynamic crack-bridging capacity, even at low temperatures
Excellent resistance to alkalis and diluted acids
No reinforcement required
Does not form overloads on load-bearing structures
Completely inert after cross-linking
