Solvent free ready to use acrylic primer in water dispersion with very low emission level of volatile organic compounds (VOC). Suitable for preparing absorbent or porous substrates prior to installing self-adhesive and tack-dry loose lay LVT or MAPESONIC SA 4 LVT.
