Construction of a public arena in Angered (Gothenburg) This arena was originally a contest between architect companies. The goal was to construct a combined swim bath, ice arena and athletics arena “in one”. The winner became Erseus architects AB. Directly when the winner was announced Mapei and Modena took contact, and together we formed a concept with ceramics, membranes, adhesives and grouts for the swimming pools and surrounding areas such as showers, spa area and changing rooms for all parts. The swimming pool concept is from concrete repair and surface preparing until finished surfaces. |
