Så gör du vid ett reklamationsärende: 

1. Ta kontakt med Mapei AB på tel. 08-525 090 80 och be att få tala med din kundkontakt.  
2. Din kundkontakt vägleder dig med att fylla i reklamationsblanketten eller också kan du ladda ner blanketten här: Reklamationsblankett
   Ifylld reklamationsblankett sänds till: (complaints@mapei.no) för registrering. Du kommer att få upplysning om en tidpunkt för när du kommer att bli kontaktad angående reklamationen. Detta kommer att ske skriftligt inom 3 arbetsdagar efter att reklamationen har registrerats. 
3. Det kommer att skickas ett standardbrev till dig som kund med underrättelse om att reklamationen är registrerad med tillhörande reklamationsnummer. Detta nummer kommer att fungera som ett referensnummer vid all vidare kontakt som rör ärendet. Dokumentet innehåller också ytterligare upplysningar om hur reklamationsprocessen förlöper.
4. Reklamationsärendet lämnats för vidare intern hantering. All dokumentation, som kopior av korrespondens, fraktsedlar, fakturor osv. bilägges reklamationsärendet.

How to forward a claim:

1. Call Mapei AB, tel. 08-525 090 80, and ask to be connected to your customer contact. 
2. Your customer contact can guide you through the filling out of the customer complaints form, or you can download it here: Complaints form
   The completed complaints form is to be sent to (complaints@mapei.no) for registration. You will be contacted in writing within 3 working days after the registration of your case. 
3. It will be sent you a confirmation letter with a reference code to your claim. This code will serve as your reference id during the entire process as we process your case. The letter will additionally contain further information about our claims processing.
4. Your complaint will be forwarded for internal handling. All documentation such as copies of correspondence, invoices, consignment notes etc. will be enclosed.
